After 26 years in real estate, there are certain transactions that stay with you long after the closing.

One of those was the sale of a building where a congregation had worshipped for generations. It was an emotional decision for the members, and I understood that this was about much more than selling a property. It was about helping people navigate an important transition with care and respect. We ultimately closed the sale at $4.375 million, making it one of the deals I am most proud of in my career.

That experience reflects much of what I value about being a real estate advisor: listening, communicating clearly and understanding the details that can make a complicated transaction feel more manageable.

My path to real estate was not a traditional one. Before becoming a full-time advisor, I worked in management, municipal government, human resources and university administration. Those experiences shaped the way I work with clients today and strengthened my belief that good real estate advice starts with understanding people.

I work with a wide range of clients, from first-time buyers and investors to luxury homeowners and commercial clients. My experience spans single-family homes, condominiums, multifamily properties, commercial and industrial real estate across Chicago’s North and Northwest sides, the surrounding suburbs and Michigan.

After more than two decades in the business, I believe one of the most valuable things I bring to a transaction is deep market knowledge. Clients rely on me to understand the fine print, ask the right questions and provide straightforward guidance throughout the process.

I’m honored to have been recognized by Engel & Völkers with the Onyx Award from 2021 through 2024 and the Ruby Award in 2025. But the recognition I value most is the trust clients place in me and the relationships that continue long after a transaction closes.
